I have been going there for years. They have sizes that most stores don’t carry. A good selection to choose from. Staff is very helpful.
I had the most wonderful experience there today with Brian! He was so knowledgeable and worked with me to find a couple pairs of shoes that would work perfect with my narrow feet and orthotics! I highly recommend him and the store and especially love that it’s family owned! Thank you again!
Fantastic service. Great quality for reasonable prices. Found my favorite shoes which I couldn't find anywhere.
They are the only shoe store that I am able to buy shoes that fit my long and very narrow feet. Customer service is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable about fitting you in the correct shoe size. The shoes are higher quality. I was not able to buy shoes that fit me the years that they were closed. They keep track of your purchases which means if I am unable to get there they can look it up and mail shoes to me.nHighly recommend Van Hoecks!!!!!
I have been a customer for at least 10 years. I was going to a shoe store in Kalamazoo & when they no longer could fit my feet they highly recommended Von Hoecks. I have a good friend with wide feet & she also goes there with me to get her shoes. I highly recommend them, staff is amazing!
