I made a 3 1/2 hour drive to this location in need of desperate help for my feet. I was greeted and felt welcomed as we discussed my situation. I was given a pair of orthotics to try out in the store, so I wore them around for almost an hour to get a feel and finally purchased them with no pressure or obligation to buy. Today is a couple days shy of having them 2 weeks and so far a big improvement. I stand on a hard floor at work for 10-12 hours a day and it has helped alot so far. I still have some pains and swelling but at least I can walk without limping or being in tears from the pain. I'm sure as time goes by, my feet will adjust more and more. I can't thank enough
