Not enough employees to handle customers’ shoe requests. Each box only has one shoe, so you have to ask for assistance from an employee that is not around or too busy. Finally got the guy to bring out the other shoe and then they brought it all the way to the front counter, we were hoping to try on both shoes before we buy. Nice selection though. To the next shoe store we go!

I went in the store at the mall a huge selection and a huge clearance. Love the shoes i bought
Chris and the woman working with him last Wed. were very helpful. One pair of shoes (out of several we have bought in the past) did not last like I thought they should have. They gave me store credit that enabled me to get 2 new pairs of shoes to replace them for about $5. They took care of me very well. Love this store!
Do NOT order form them online. Three times now I have ordered a 15 eee and received a 15 w. Anyone who needs a eee can tell you that is not the same size, I cant get my foot into a 15 w.nnAll three times dealing with customer service has been a nightmare of incompetence.
