The associate with whom my family and I interacted with during our visit last night showed the utmost compassion and sensitivity towards our son who is almost two years of age. She spoke pleasantly with him while fitting him for shoes and she showed the utmost professionalism as well while doing so. It was a truly wonderful first time experience here.

Didn't have much in choices or the size we needed. Third time so far. So we just ordered online.
Walked in & was not once acknowledged! I was the only person in the store at that. I had a coupon, but decided to walk back out & buy onlice. Staff was standing around talking about personal issues.
