Great service! I purchased Echo boots and after about 3 weeks determined they were defective. Tradehome agreed and traded them for another pair. Unfortunately that pair just wasn't right. They were happy to give me store credit and I tried another brand altogether. The Danner hiking shoes were just great. Thank you for your great customer service and patience till I found the right shoes!

A little pushy. Not sure if they work on commission or just are trained to be this way, but you gotta respect the grind.nnI am not easily pressured and I know what I want/like so this didn't bother me, but if it's something you don't enjoy you may want to shop elsewhere.nnHowever! It's a worthwhile shopping experience because despite the salesmanship and however you feel about that- they ARE very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and just generally nice staff. Good selection as well! I would recommend to friends!
