sales associate took my friends name off his debit card (I’m assuming because there’s no other way for her to know his first and last name) to find him on Facebook. Very creepy and unsettling
Some of she shoes I bought were uncomfortable to wear and I'd expect more for those kind of prices...also the price match process is such a hassle and inconvenience for the customer - you have to take a screenshot of a better deal, bring it with you and bring your shoes *in person* and hope the manager accepts it....
The selection has gone down some.
