I absolutely love this store! It’s is clean, aisles are well labeled, and there is a variety of each kind of product. They are great about accepting returns for products, even if your pooch just isn’t fan of whatever you brought home!nnBut specifically, the staff is excellent! they are always offering to help find items or offer helpful suggestions. I came in the other day to find a specific dog food I was looking for and two staff members went above and beyond to call around to other locations and even other competitor stores to help me find what I was looking for, I didn’t even have to ask! Absolutely great service and I will definitely be coming back!

I love this store! I have a Pug who is just 15 months and I have had excellent customer service while purchasing needed home equipment, supplies and food for my little guy. The staff knows their stuff (I consistently see the same faces staffing the store) and have been wonderful about answering any questions I have or keeping me appraised of getting supplies that may have been out of stock during the pandemic lockdowns. They know my boy and we are always welcomed warmly.
I couldn't remember what dog food I bought 2 months ago and the cashier was able to pull up my account and tell me. I am definitely thankful & so is my dog. PS she loves your cookies!
Nice clean with lots of variety in supplies and animals. Daycare for dogs and you can watch them in the playroom. Grandson loved that. Reptiles and grooming.
