It's a pet store. I went in with a coupon for $5 off in order of 25 or more so I grabbed a bag of dog food. The cashier was an unfriendly college girl who looks like she hated her job. She didn't seem to know what to do with the coupon so she called the manager. The manager looked closer at the coupon and it excluded dog food and bird seed. I couldn't use the coupon which is okay. What was not okay was the manager was also another college looking kid who did not look at me once and just simply told her nope he can't use it pointed at the fine print and walked away. I had just signed up for their rewards program and unsubscribed immediately after leaving. I will not shop here again simply because the customer service is horrible and with a pet store that's really all there is to your job. I worked at Petco in college and I loved it and loved being around animals if you all hate your job you should find a new job and let someone else take the position.
We stopped here to just look around.nCompletely out of character for our family.nThe staff was attentive and helpful but not overbearing and pushy.nThe staff was informative and knowledgeable of products, services, and savings.nWe adopted our first cat. In fact my first pet in 30 years.nI look forward to coming back and getting more items for our beloved Enzo.
Great dog wash...wish the blowers were warm. It was very clean and well maintained.
This location is the only pet supplies plus / chow hound in the greater Grand Rapids area that carries certain types of the food my cat eats. Yet I am unable to fathom how the managers at this location, after more than a year have still not figured out how to order enough of the product to keep it on hand. If you are the only store that carries this. Freaking buy more; this is not a hard concept to grasp. 20 minute drive to disappointment.
Went in to get new fish, workers were very helpful and quick in service. Nice polite bunch.
