Very committed to helping me out. Dr. Fox is always very nice and interested in how I’m doing or finding a solution if I’m struggling. Staff are also very nice and helpful.

Dr Mulder discharged me as a patient for having a collections balance...after I paid off the collections balance. Real nice.

I see Dr. Fox for psychiatry. Though he is not outwardly warm and nurturing, that doesn't mean he doesn't care. Dr. Fox shows some degree of tough love, but not in a harsh way. He just challenges you at times. I find it helpful that he doesn't always tell me what I want to hear. In my experience with Dr. Fox, he is sympathetic and helpful.nnOne reviewer claimed that Cheryl is judgmental as a therapist and will try to push her religion on you. I don't know Cheryl, but I used to see Connie as a therapist. Connie is religious, but has a huge heart and will not impose anything she believes onto you. I recommend seeing Connie if you need an empathetic ear to listen to you.

I was initially incredibly impressed with this office and it’s staff. Even after I was incorrectly billed, I wrote it off as just one of those things that happens in a busy office, requested that the bill be resubmitted to insurance, and moved on. Then I increasingly had difficulty scheduling appointments—I work third shift as a nurse and, when I attempted to explain this to the staff and that a late afternoon appointment works best, she attempted to schedule me for a 1pm appointment which I declined since, as I don’t even get home from work until after 9am, I would still be asleep. She sighed exaggeratedly and said, “Well, when DO you think you can come in?”nnThat was still fine, I get it, my schedule is frustrating.nnBut then I called and left two separate messages to have my prescription refilled, and it was never done. When I questioned this with my doctor, the reply was that, IF I had indeed called, the staff would’ve promptly called in the prescription. I offered to show my phone record, but the response was the same; essentially, I was being called a liar.nnThere are too many providers in the area to have to put up with a place that makes you feel crazy for putting in basic requests. “Crazy” is most definitely not how you want to be left feeling from your mental health care. And it’s a shame; otherwise, I was gearing up to be pretty impressed with this office.

**Read this**nThe first thing I want to say is about their cancellation policy. They charge you the ENTIRE cost of an appointment if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have any other life obligations and cannot make this office your #1 priority, I suggest you find a different office that may care.nThe next issue I had was with Dr. Mulder. I went to him for a diagnosis and to start medications. The first appointment wasn't bad, kind of awkward, but not terrible. The next few appointments literally lasted less than 5 minutes. I expressed concerns with the medications that he put me on and didn't really get any acknowledgement. One of the medications literally made me have so much anxiety I felt like I couldn't breathe. I got so frustrated I ended up going to my PCP. After this experience I have decided to have my PCP manage my medications.nMoral to the story: DON'T GO HERE.
