I'm literally standing in the store holding a shoe for 3 minutes with a group of employees looking at me and I had to walk up to them to get help... Like where is the customer service?? #DoBetter

Manager (Stefanie) was rude disrespectful
Never again will I order online again, which the order was actually placed inside the store and I'm enduring 3 weeks of silence. It was a gift for my husband and I was told it'll take 3 to 5 business days via email. They told me that twice. LAWD.... to add insult to injury I can't get tho to customer service.
