The staff is beyond rude. Not a greeting, smile, or anyone even ask if we needed help. We asked for two pair of shoes and she acted like we interrupted her time on her phone. They enforce masks but the staff had their masks off and sitting down on their phones while people browsed. I rather go to the Battle Creek Store where they are nice and friendly with excellent customer service than here where you feel like you’re inconveniencing them while they’re clocked in. Never again smh do better Villa Kzoo.
Nice store but only 3 people in at a time thats a bummer they are missing out on a lot of money.

I just don't like the fact if you pay with money and you come to return something what the original receipt what the tags attached they still will not give you your money back they will give you a gift card and I feel like if I pay with money and I have the receipt I should be able to get my money back if the tags is still attached or the items have not been worn
Always have the latest sneakers and apparel... Dont have a big selection for women.
