Staff member was very helpful in helping me find the jeans I wanted online as this store barely carries any styles nowadays. However, they declined to tell me that the style they helped me order (which was all done on their end via iPad and register) was an online exclusive that could not be returned or exchanged. In fact, as the order had to be shipped from a warehouse, they told me to keep all tags on the pants so that I could return them within 60 days if they didn't work out. Well, they're too short for my inseam, and I cannot return them, so that's a waste of money. I didn't need another pair of capris; I wanted jeans.

Love this store. Finally a location in town that has plus size clothing that doesn't make me feel like I'm dressing like a grandmother. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Nice clothes, very expensive. Too bad I can't shop there during covid. I REFUSE to support a business that doesn't acknowledge medical issues. I've shopped at other Torrid locations with a face shield-since I medically cannot wear a regular face mask. No other location has had an issue. So dissapointed. I made it perfectly clear it's a medical issue. No other stores in the mall had an issue with it. Not to mention Torrid has been closing earlier than the other stores for what purpose?? Stupid company. Will not be supporting any longer.

Will NEVER shop here again. I've been charged over $100 on my card for stuff I have returned and for fee's. I've spent hours on the phone with Torrid and there only excuse is they can't see the charges so they can't help. I log into my account I see it on my end but they don't there's? This company has given me promises they can't keep and have lied.
