Thank you to the Shoe Smith!! I ordered a high end cosplay outfit and was astounded to discover they missed adding two essential snaps for another piece to attach to. I went to my local shoe repair store an hour away and was referred to the Shoe Smith because of the specific type of snap needed. Not only did he add the snaps needed for me on the spot, I was in and out in 15 minutes!!! And that’s after lovely conversation with the owner and his wife. Thank you so much for making this a great experience!
