Couldn't ask for more knowledgable, helpful and friendly employees.
My dog totally did a pee on the floor and barked a LOT when I went in there, the workers were super nice about it, cleaned up the puddle so fast, and gave my puppy a treat and a pat on the head.nAlso the prices are generally as good as online and better than brick and mortar competition.nGreat store, would pee in again.
Love ordering online and stopping by to pick up my order when I'm ready to do so. May use the delivery service at some point, but I really enjoy dropping by and picking up my order. My orders are usually ready in less than 60 minutes. And the staff is very friendly and helpful when I actually go into the store.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, large variety of items for my puppy. Love that they offer local shipping right from their store. I see the van around town on occasion!
Amazing place with great customer service. The prices aren't so great but the customer service definitely makes up for it. I've had a lot of experience with this store and if they don't know what you need they'll find someone who does or look it up. They'll carry out bags for you if you are disabled or elderly and they really do genuinely care about their customers and other ways as well.
