They were out of some bird supplys
I've been shopping at this location for over ten years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. I just used curbside for the first time and will definitely use it again. The website is user-friendly, and my order was ready quickly. The pick-up process was smooth and nearly effortless.
Good price for worms. Really nice and helpful people. Only 4 stars cause they run out of worms i need few times
Customer service is A++. They are knowledgeable about the animals & the products. If 1 person doesn't have a specific answer they always have someone who will. In store help, lifting and taking to your car as well as curbside pick-up/delivery. We love this store & all the employees.
I changed my dogs food. She did not want to eat the new food I bought her. It was the same brand just a different type. Anyways after a week of me stressing over her only eating half a bowl a day instead of 2 bowls. I called the store and just asked what I should do. They had me bring in the rest of the food and even though I threw the bag away they exchanged it for me. Awesome!!! I just got home and my dog smashed a whole bowl already. Thanks guys!!! Miley is is happy I'm happy.
