2016nI really cannot say anything positive. I am so disappointed. I do not know where to begin. I think I can understand why Dr.'s leave this practice. I seen HG it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER DR AGAIN SHE INJURED ME TO THE POINT IM IN Cleveland clinic’s hands NOWud83dude31ud83dude20ud83dude2d no on should ever have to go through this of a careless mistake wonder how many mistakes she has made. Said she cut a polyp but it was really my pancreas. Life long problems it’s amazing I’m still alive hope your HAPPY HG FIRST NAME IS HEIDI. I saw Dr. Elnemr and was very impressed. He was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Awful practice that should be shut down. Unprofessional, treats people like trash, bad at calling back. But the docs get a 6 figure salary so they can be drunk when they perform surgery. 10 thumbs down, avoid this location at all costs.

After a referral from the ER, I had to have 3 procedures done. The ultrasound went off without no issues. The MRI was a complete disaster! Dr Barbish's office did not have authorization from my insurance company to do it. But it was done anyway. I was billed THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS from Bronson. They claimed I signed a waiver, which turned out to be FORGED! All of the documents they had were falsified with incorrect information because my MRI was done on a Saturday and the billing department wasn't there. I was supposed to have an endoscopy in March but due to Covid, my procedure was postponed. I just found out yesterday that it was denied by my insurance because Dr Barbish's office did not provide the proper information as to why I needed it. Luckily, the doctors office hasn't called me to reschedule. Otherwise, I'd go through the same situation as my MRI! And getting someone to answer the phone there is like jump starting your car with a 9 volt battery!nI'd rather wait until I puke up blood before I go back there again!!

Front desk clerks are absolutely not helpful and are also rude. Got to office at 7:30 am with all paperwork filled out and my husband didn’t go back for his procedure until 9:00. Red headed woman behind desk was in no way willing to work with me or try to help me out while I wrangled a screaming baby on what time I need to come back into the office to pick up my husband post anesthesia.
