This location is the sole reason I’ve decided to keep my PNC account. If you live in the Portage area, this is the only branch I would trust. The customer service is outstanding!!
The closed lobby, open only for appointments is not customer friendly. Many bank lobbies are open and feel much more welcoming. I had an appointment with a very nice person took care of business for my brother's estate. Went a week later to cash a check, they could not find the paperwork, I was not linked to the account and waited 40 minutes unable to complete my task. Needed to schedule another appointment came early and sat in my car as you may not wait in the lobby. Very frustrating.
I can't say enough good things about the tellers at this bank. They are friendly and helpful. The kind if customer service they offer here is so hard to find these days. I use them for personal and business accounts and have only good experiences for both. I will drive to the other side of town to do my baking here, instead of at other closer PNC banks, just because of how great the staff is here.
Not very helpful. Crosstown branch always helps with account number but this one too lazy. Hope she doesn't get 15 an hour
I have good experience with customer services provided at this location but the lady I opened my account with was not technically knowledgeable. I was about to receive $200 in promotions for opening new account with them and using promotions code and meeting all the requirements. After I meet all those requirements I am still waiting on the money to show up in my account. Multiple visits, multiple phone calls at this location and service center.nI won’t recommend anyone to use this bank.
