Absolutely the worst bank on planet earth. Had a closed account get money deposited into it and never got a calldl for 30 days. Then took 7 phone calls and 5 trips to he branch to get MY money back. Pathetic excuse for a bank and financial institution. I never write reviews but places like this deserve 0 stars
complete.... and total... incompetence on EVERY LEVEL. Also apparently they do not have a Branch Mgr.... just a guy named Josh who thinks he is ... I should also mention...I was forced to give a star.
Amazing customer service!!
Though I bring the same check from my client every month, today they decided to harrass me and would not listen to me. So I understand the tellers that have cashed these checks since June 2017 are now about to be investigated and reprimanded. The service was terrible and the mean spirited punitive attitude is worse Probably most of them don't work there any more
Staff always informs me of what is need and how it needs to be handled.
