I’ve been sitting here reading reviews on the main branch in Kalamazoo of Kelsey credit union Some of which are not too good. I don’t know about the main branch I bank with the portage branch. I see reports of people not being able to get Them to waive overdraft for fraudulent sales I’ve had that happen and they have been waived. A couple other problems I read about that I’ve never hade at this branch. And I have never had a problem getting through on the phone and I have always had my Calls returned. So I’m given the fine folks at Kelsey credit union portage branch five stars and my thanks.

This is one of the most helpful, personal financial institutions with which you would want to do business. Everyone is so friendly and will answer any questions you might have. Best financial advisors at not cost.

My experience is mainly negative for the organization as a whole. They always act in their own interest and not in the interest of the consumer. However the staff are extremely nice and friendly...not their fault. i am sorry I signed up with them over 20 years ago. They repeatedly lost my account details, such as my pod (pay on death) information with all their account changes. This could have been catastrophic. Even now they have no accurate records of me dating back more than a few years even though I signed on with them in 1995. Avoid..

I have been a member of Kalsee since 1999. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The services are top notch and I wouldn't bank anywhere else!!

I have been a member of kalsee credit union for over 30 years now. The couple of problems that I did have was resolved immediately. They have helped me with every question or concern I've ever had with courtesy and patience! I would recommend them to anyone over a bank any day. Thank you Kalsee family!!
