Big guys** this Is the best place within 50 miles of Mount Pleasant or central Michigan altogether to get a good deal on a good pair of work shoes. And don't be afraid to ask at the counter if you are not already offered about extra discounts. They exist! The staff there will no doubt probly already try to talk you into it so be ready because they have even better deals upon check out. I'm very thankful that I don't have to travel to places like Lansing Saginaw or Grand Rapids to get a good pair of work shoes for a guy my size.
The older lady that waited on us was very rude. She talked down to me and was very rude and snappy to my eight year old daughter. When I said just never mind we are leaving because you are rude she then wanted to change her tune. Still waiting for them to call me on the issue. Took our service someplace else. She was also rude to two other shoppers who also left empty handed.
Lovely store but not good if your looking for work boots, not enough variety

I live like 50 or more miles awayfrom here. I'm making this review all because of Jen!nI was going to drive to Mt Pleasant,but they didn't have the boots i was looking for. Jen made a call forme, then called me backright away. Got my info, and had them sent to me, literally ordered Wednesday and they were here Friday! Thanks Jen. It's stuff like this that makes me want to continue to do business because of the people like Jen.nI've never been to a shoe sensation, i googled the boots,and it brought me to SS. I'm actually going to try to order more tomorrow. Thanks again Jen!
