Just got A car loan through this bank so I figured I'd check it out since my first payment is tomorrow. Not gonna lie the other reviews don't give me much comfort but here's 5 stars until proven otherwise. They had the lowest interest rate available so let's give them a shot.

I recently had a family member apply for a car loan. and I in the past have applied for a few loans when I first started my businessnnI have been a member for over 30 years and was always declined by LakeTrustnnI just got a loan from U of M credit union with at a SUPERIOR rate.nnWake up Lake Trust - moving my business to UMnSuch a better credit union all the way around

Lousy customer service with Fraudulent undertones. Their atm scammed me and took money from my account but did not dispense it. Went inside for some help and all I got was sorry excuses for human beings. They said they don't own the atm and there was nothing they could do. Really? You don't own the atm that has your banks name all over it? Yeah right! Lady went to the atm and took money out for herself and said look works just fine. Lousy person. Had to go to my bank and they found it ridiculous that lake trust refused to help with what is in fact their atm. Now an audit is being done and camera coverage will be reviewed. Stay away from these frauds and the lousy people who work here!nnAlso want to point out that despite being required by executive order, no one was wearing a face mask inside when I got inside. They didn't put them until well after I had already gotten inside.
