I recently came in to the store to do several (complicated) returns and exchanges. The associates, especially Tammie, did a fantastic job making sure I received all of my appropriate discounts and made sure my exchange items were ordered correctly. Tammie and Amy did a great job and were very helpful when trying on clothes as well. They traded several sizes for me while I was in the fitting room, gave excellent feedback on what I was trying on, and were knowledgeable when it came to trying on intimates. I can’t say enough great things about this store and the associates- they absolutely rocked it! Thanks TC Torrid!

Associates have always been friendly and helpful. Some of the clothes are pricier than I'd like; but if you shop during their sales it's not too bad.
