I went here the other day with my family and absolutely loved it. The food is great and authentic, the ambience is cheerful and welcoming, and the service is incredible. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.
My son and I decided to enjoy some Portuguese food like the last time. The food was great so we went again...there was nobody but us until a party of 6 came in and within minutes they were so loud we asked to move to another table. We waited for the food to come in and they got even louder. Drinking wine and beer like they were in their own kitchen. So loud we could not hold a conversation. I told the manager for a quieter place but nothing. We are our food and left. The food was good as usual but the experience may have been the worst in my life hence the one star. Just awful. I told the manager and the only thing she was saying is “sorry”. They may have been more money with a table of 6 drinking alcohol but they lost my business. It will be a long time before I step foot in this place again.
Went last night. Food was great but our waiter sucked. And gratuity was included in our bill of 28$. We should have the right to choose how much we want to tip. I wouldve given him only 10$ his bus boy was nicer and more efficient than him. So heads up yall they include tip in your bill.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Been standing at the bar for a to go order 20 mins being ignored by staff who can’t figure out the mask goes OVER your nose. And the hostess who didn’t have hers even over her mouth while she socialized.
