I typically love Gregg's. Was hoping to love their pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. Took extra care to place it on the floor in the front seat so it wouldn't move. Thanksgiving day arrives, and we open our pies. All of them were great, except the pumpkin one that clearly was slapped into the box and collapsed on its way in. The box was free from damage, so it was dropped on the way in. So disappointed to see the level of quality Gregg's deems acceptable. For taste, it's a 5 star, for the sloppy presentation, a zero.

Usually don't have an issue with this establishment but today was a different story. Went to pick up a cake and was treated rudely by the staff. A menu was slapped down in front of me so I could choose what I wanted. Instead of completing my order the waitress walked away, someone else had to help me. There was a gentleman who came in and couldn't speak. He proceeded to write down his order when he was asked rudely to slow down his writing so they could read it. It took 3 people to help him each one worse than the previous one. He was an older gentleman. Given the times we're in one would think customer service would be a priority and not an after thought.

ordered for curbside pickup, told it was 20 mins. waited in curbside for 45 minutes and finally went inside to check, 3pm so it was not busy i was one of 5 cars in the lot. my order was sitting on the table with 3 runners all talking to each other. i asked why my food wasn't brought out and was just told sorry. enjoy your tip btw. so Ill enjoy my cold food now but might not come back for any curbside again, you have to go inside to get hot food.

Love the food here, especially the desserts. Today I ordered, for pickup, a simple Boston Creme Pie for a birthday cake. Online ordering was straightforward and easy. However, curbside pickup was unnecessarily confusing and inefficient. When I got there, because of the confusion as to where to park or what to do I called and was was put on hold twice for 3 minutes each. Why? Very annoying. Plus there was a little bit of attitude served with the conversation. Call me or contact me if you are interested in improving your takeout business. For starters post a large READABLE sign as to what to do, not some chalkboard multi-colored handwritten sign that is unreadable, This will improve your takeout business and might even get me to try take out with you again.
