Love this place everyone is so happy here, an respectful, polite, always willing to explain so you understand exactly wut is happen with your account. Very freindly employees, an the place is always clean.
I will never ever do business with United Federal Credit Union. On more than 1 occasion they tried to pull money out of another account. The first I tried to do skip a payment. The second they still pulled money out and tried to put it towards an auto loan which I had paid off 3 weeks earlier and I closed my account with them. Then continually told me they sent my money back, yes found out they did however they sent it to the bank without giving any account information.
Staff has always been very helpful and resolved any problems I have had. Very friendly..
This is what banking should be like! They always know your name and are always going above and beyond when it comes to customer service!
I absolutely love this credit union. I have my car loan through them and they are so flexible and understanding. Staff is always pleasant as well.
