Good cedar, great prices, and really cool people.nAll of Dewey's wood is locally sourced Eastern White Cedar and is available finished or rough-cut.nDewey does not normally have lumber in stock because he seems it as fast as he can mill it. As a result every batch is kiln-dried and milled to order.

It was a pleasure working with Duane and the 1x6x8 cedar I purchased is of superior quality. Nearly all planks exceeded 8' by a good bit (be prepared if you have an 8' bed and you are planing on putting the tailgate up). The only complaint I have is that there were a good number of boards with live/bark edges, but Duane let me pick through so it really wasn't an issue - I just needed to assure two adjacent sides were clean and it would work for my project.

Picked up 2 batches of lumber from here. Wood is absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. I fully recommend using Deweys for all your white Cedar needs!! I love my new ceiling I installed, the rough cut lumber planed down to a great finish!

Great place for rough sawn white cedar. Fair prices. Check out their web site if you want to build a cabin.
