If you're in the restaurant business, chances are you know of Caprara. However if you're not familiar it's pretty much a one stop shop for everything you would need whether you have a restaurant, or cater. Staff is always there to greet you and help you find what you need. Everything is easily accessible and organized.
I love to cook, if you do you should stop here. They have real cooks tools, buy a spatula that will outlast your grandchildren. Get a roll of saran wrap that will last years, 2000 feet . Pots and pans, knives, real chef knives. Great prices and helpful staff. Come in and look around.
