Had my dry fly mug since 2015 rugged and made well, my favorite mug out of like 10 mugs in cabinet. Dont know about the customer service part. Bought mine at the north woods trading post off the golden road when I was guiding up there.
Has not updated her Facebook since July of 2019.nAll I want is a dragonfly mug and now I'm over it.nDoes not respond to phone calls does not respond to emails.
Nice mugs, horrible customer service.
