We there Friday during my break waited for 20 minutes to get fish and still didn't get waited on went to line to cash out one register open another 20 + minutes in line decided I would get out of work early to get the two fish I wanted went at 7:45 for them to tell me I can't get fish because they have to much to do before they close the kid was just rude with attitude.nI have nine fish tanks and spend hundreds of dollars I also spent almost two hundred Friday and Saturday but I guess I will drive a mile further to get better service.

kid scooping goldfish made me feel uncomfortable. he passive-aggressively discouraged purchasing a fish, claiming that we need at least 10 gallons per fish. i ended up buying a betta, and i felt like i had to sneak out of the fish section so he wouldn't judge me for not buying the expensive tanks and materials. i like my fish tho he is cute :)

Don't know how to handle fish and can't answer simple questions about animals that they carry products for. A simple fish purchase took over 30 minutes. Very unhappy

Awsome staff just not as knowledgeable about the pets as they should be. They had one staff member there that knew everything about the pets she was the go to her name was Heidi but I havent seen her in a few weeks I hope they didnt let her go she knew the most out of any pet store In the State of Maine pet stores especially about fish. I do most of my saltwater aquarium fish picking here they usually have a good variety depending on who orders. Again a great place and great staff so friendly!!
