Nice little gift shop on Peaks Island specializing in Peaks Island specialty gifts. Also an ice cream shop with some very nice flavors.

Only rating 5 star as a curtesy...As someone who’s been spending summers on peaks island for 26 years since i was 6 months old. I remember my first visit to the island fondly.nnWhat’s always been a staple of Peaks is the corner ice cream shop. Id rather miss my boat and get a nice cup of fresh ice cream, but what the issue is.... is I get chocolate jimmies on my 2 scoops of whatever my flavor of the week is.... so as im enjoying this delicious ice cream on a beautiful day i noticed a single green jimmy a top my scoops. Baffled i quickly segregated the foreign jimmy from the rest of my chocolate jimmies. Needless to say this sent me into a deep internal debate of “am i being racist to this different colored jimmy since they all taste the same, but just look different.”nAs my brain is melting so is my ice cream.nnStill the best ice cream shop in Maine
