Ordered food for pickup online. Made my order at 8pm requesting a 940 pick up. I only ordered boneless wings, fries and 2 drinks but I had to wait almost 30 minutes once I arrived for my order. At that point...why even order ahead? I've had much better luck at other local establishments.
Normally everything is great but unfortunately last night my daughters medium steak was very rare, they replaced it with a thin different cut steak that was well done. Even the side were off, smaller portions and over cooked broccoli. I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen but hopefully it was a fluke. Our server was great, no complaints there.
I didn't realize before getting there that dine in was closed after 9 but clikd still order take out til midnight. I called to let them know I was there to pick up my order, I thought they brought orders out to the cars but company wide policy disallows them to after 9 for safety reasons. The store manager answered when I called and informed me of this, and I asked what the process was because this was my first time ordering to go. He was very professional and respectful in informing me that you just go through the side door past 9 to pick up your order. He still brought the order out to me and was very genuine.nnThe food was great! The cocktails to go were great! No complaints at all!!
The waitress was exactly as attentive to us and the tables around as she needed to be. Exceptional service and the food was what we ordered. Solid Applebee's experience.
Did a take out steak dinner and even after driving for 40 minutes our food was still warm and delicious. Thought they packed it very well. The girl that came out to our car was very helpful.
