Negative fifty! They have stolen money from my friends. Bought a boat from the boat show a YEAR AGO...still has not delivered the boat. They will not give money back or give us the boat. They are scammers and do not deserve any business.nnI will be posting every day until I hear that the Benjamin's have their money back. #givebackthemoney
These guys are awesome. I had ordered a 60 horse mercury 4 stroke motor for my pontoon boat. I showed up at the shop on the day they said the motor would be in as well as installed on my boat. They were just about finished having it all done when a an issue came up with the motor. They were just about to close but they were not letting me leave with out my boat being done. They found the problem which was a bad wire from the factory and fixed it. As promised I was on the lake the following day . Thank you Kurt and Randy!!!!!
The guy that runs this outfit is sorry example of a retail vendor, if not a person in general, and I would avoid doing business here. I drove a half hour to buy a part from him. Drove home and it was the wrong one. Drove back again (1 hour round trip) to get the what was supposed to be the right one. All he could do was laugh about the fact that he gave me the wrong part, and never apologized. I brought the second part home and it also did not fit. I called him to tell him and that I would be returning this part, and told me he would not give my money back and just store credit. Unreal. This guy does not belong in the retail industry. Avoid him.
Another convenient and professional pontoon boat pickup with Randy this week. Gagnon Boats has the good fortune of having Randy working with them. He's friendly and knowledgeable. Nice way to bring closure to my 5th summer season on Tripp Lake.
Thank you for doing such a great job making sure our boat was everything we wanted. The cover you made looks great and the detailing makes it look like new. We are very happy with our buying experience.
