Lee was so great!! He came to my house within a couple of days of calling him, and he fully serviced my machine in about 45 minutes. He was so kind and cute with my kids (they were dressed up for their school Halloween parade) and we plan to have him come service our machine every year at Halloween time so he can see their costumes!! Very affordable and professional as well. Highly recommend!!
With the pandemic in full swing, my wife has been making masks to help. Her Bernina is a good machine, but it periodically has needed service. So when her machine went down a few days ago, it was truly bad news as her latest batch of masks was due next Saturday. The wife called Lee on Tuesday, explained her situation, and Lee was kind enough to fit her in on Friday morning. Everyone else we tried was out three to four weeks, so Lee was a godsend! Lee was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and informative while servicing the Bernina. So nice to have someone come to your home instead of making multiple trips to drop off and pick up. Thank you Lee!
Lee is awesome! He was able to squeeze me in his schedule when I was in a jam, and my sewing machine works perfectly now! He is professional and kind, and work wonders! He continued checking my machine and making adjustments until it was good as new. I highly recommend Lee!
Mr. Stout very personal and friendly. Did not “rush” in fixing our machine. Will have him come back any time we need work done on our machine. Price more than fair especially when he comes to you.
Works magic! Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Lee cleaned out/fixed our industrial machines and a 30 year old machine that wouldn’t work - made them all new again! Very reasonably priced and comes straight to you. Can not recommend enough!! 💯💯💯 We will be using him from now on!
