Definitely slow service, but there was only one waitress it looked like. It took about 15 minutes just to get seated with 4 tables taken in the dining room and the food took longer than expected to come out. In the total experience there, I was there for 2 and a half hours. But on a positive note, the food was good and the waitress, Chelsea, did a good job.
Food is off and on along with customer service.
Arrived at 12:30 PM. Two hours later, just got food. Had the food boxed up. Will see if it is worth eating or not. Might want to hire additional cooks!nWould like to point out the waitress was great!
I ordered a simple medium boneless meal at 6 pm. They told me it would be ready in twenty five minutes. I arrived at 6:45 pm to find out that the order was not ready. I waited until 7 and inquired about where my food was. The hostess was clearly stressed and said she would check but she never told me what the deal was. A different hostess walked up to me around 7:15 and informed me that they never put my food into the system and I’d have to wait another 30 minutes for wings. I left and do not plan on returning. Additionally, many people in the kitchen were not wearing masks during the pandemic. That was easily the worst food experience of my life. Literally everyone was lied to about the times. My friend ordered 30 minutes after me and got the food in 20 minutes.
Food is tasty, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Best to go in on a Tuesday or Thursday when the wings are buy one get one free.
