First time and last time for Wasser!! Under staffed ! Mac and cheese came out cold along with the special for the day(shrimp and pasta)..furthermore my wife ordering her hamburger well done and it being pink in the middle :( ..2 stars only because band was good and place was clean. Might be a good place to get a beer but not food.

To start off the night, the music was exceptional. I will say though that the drums were a little off beat. The greens and vinaigrette tasted excellent when dipped into the chunky horseradish gravy. The employees were very kind! And I will most certainly be going back for more horseradish gravy! Highly recommend the horseradish gravy. If the meal was served with biscuits and horseradish gravy I would’ve given this a five star review. Also, I would love to know the arrangements of lawn clippings out into the salad.

First time we've been to this place in a couple years and holy cow has it gone downhill or maybe tonight was an off night. The entire restaurant was unhappy and complaining I watched a lady come in who had ordered ahead of time wait 40 minutes to get her food to go and other people just leave without their food. Took us 40 min to get our drinks. There were 3 tables occupied besides ours so not busy especially for a Saturday Evening i see why..The bartender was a young kid who couldn't have weighed 120 lb and didn't have a clue what he was doing. I watched him try to make a flavored margarita for 15 min constantly asking for help until the cook finally got tired of it and came out and did it himself.(The cook was a good dude). The server was fine. The beer menus were out of date and they were out of about every other one which was annoying and what ones they did had were subpar at best. The only good thing was the cook who was basically was doing everything because nobody else knew what they were doing. (Hence why the food was taking longer) that guy needs a raise. the food was still pretty good just like I remembered it last time it's just unfortunate that the service is this awful now and beer is blah. I do not plan to come back.

We had dinner tonight at Wasser Brewing Company. We ordered mac and cheese. The macaroni came out cold with chunks of cheese and runny sauce. The owner checked on us along with the waitress and both said that they would reheat the macaroni. By the end of our dinner, no replacement had been offered by the end of our meal and the owner was unwilling to take it off our bill even though the waitress and the owner were aware we didn’t eat the macaroni. Very disappointing!!!nOn a side note, the hand cut fries were burnt.
