Nate was incredibly efficient with getting our air back on during the 110 degree day. Not to mention a pleasure to talk to. He was extremely informative, as well as very professional. Grant and his crew Adam and Antonio did a great job installing a new AC system in our home. Grant was very helpful in designing the system for our home. Since it was a retro-fit we had to be creative. Grant offered several solutions and recommended one in particular. As it turns out the new system he suggested works really well. We even had some mid-project changes that were accommodated. Adam and Antonio worked hard and got the project done on-time. We are happy and looking forward to a much cooler summer with our new AC system.
Mark designed a system to fit our house and our needs. The designed Carrier system was at a much better value than our other quotes. The installers were very experienced and worked together very well. They did a great professional job. The system is working great.
Comfort Champions came out to our house to investigate a fan issue in our air-conditioning system. It turned out it was not the fan causing the issue.
Nate Pierce is the service technician that came out. The part that was failing was the thermostat that he had nothing to do with the install. But that didn’t stop him, he fixed the issue and made me comfortable. Comfort Champions will keep our business. Five stars
