Great and friendly employees. Super busy at time of visit, took a while to get help with fish. Was absolutely fantastic though once we had a worker who could help us. All staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable!

This is my favorite pet store in Bloomington. They have a large selection of products to choose from for all types of animals. Particularly their cat, dog, and fish sections are well stocked and supply a variety of brands to chose from.nI also noticed that the fish here look a bit healthier than some other locations in town.

The groomer Caitlyn was very respectful of my 17 year old dog and called me when he was too scared to complete the groom. There wasn't much left to take off, but age didn't charge me anyway. I still left a nice tip. Good job Caitlyn! That's customer service!

All of the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and cares a lot about the animals in store. They have a good selection of feeder insects, frozen mice/rats and other necessities for exotic pets. Staff seem to genuinely enjoy working there and be invested in the health of in-store animals.nnThat being said any chain pet store ships animals in by bulk and many die/are injured in transportation so I'll never buy an animal from a chain pet store. I only come here for feeder insects and cat food. When I pointed out a problem about one of the reptile enclosures to an employee she explained how to contact/report to corporate and did seem concerned about the health of the animals. She explained that individual store management has no say in what animals are shipped in and what kind of space they are given but they try to the best of their abilities to do what they can for animals shipped in and make sure that people are well educated when buying pets.

Had a great selection of bugs for my bearded dragon. Would like to see more terrarium lighting.
