Pediatric Associates

Dr McQuaid was my pediatrician as well as my fiancé’s that is why we chose her for our three children. Over the years her bed side manner has changed tremendously ... she doesn’t really listen, she’s rude and overall not nice to the point where as my children get older they notice and voice their opinions as we leave the appts ... on top of this you will find yourself waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour just for her to walk into the room! She is late every single visit and doesn’t seem to care and definitely doesn’t apologize.nI tolerated it because all in all I knew she was a decent pedi that was until last year I found myself car less for two months after an accident. I recently just had a baby as well. I called the office several times to try and reschedule physicals for my children and was told that they could not be seen in the evening or on weekends (the only times I had a vehicle). I finally was able to make it to the office during the day just to be greeted with McQuaid telling me that due to my constant rescheduling she has every right to drop my three children as patients. I expressed my situation and she said she could of seen us at any time to accommodate my schedule which I was told by her scheduling staff could not be done!nAfter all of this I decided yet again I stayed until two weeks ago. I reached out to the office (Friday) regarding my son and was told we could have a telehealth visit Monday .. 2:15 appt she was to call me to discuss a mental health issue .. this was a serious appt.. I’m at home waiting for this phone call .. I waited two hours (she’s always late remember) I finally give up and call the office thinking maybe I have the day wrong .. just to be told she left early for the day and never thought to call me, reschedule.. nothing!! Completely not okay in my books and this was the final straw for me!nnI went to the office to fill out medical release forms last week.. my infant is now sick and I’m told by the new pediatrician to call my old one so I’m stuck calling McQuaid .. I talked to the on call Doctor who was awesome!! Woke up to a voicemail from McQuaid stating “I am not your child’s pediatrician anymore”nnI have worked in urgent care as a nurse and a pediatricians office and it’s unacceptable!nnIf you want a pediatrician who will take your time and children seriously do not choose her!

Everyone from staff to nurses to the doctors are all phenomenal here. Very friendly and professional. They are great with my child and everyone in this office have a great smile when you come in and when you leave no matter what you are therefore with your child. I 100% recommend this office to anyone whose looking for a pediatrician.

Dr. Fasenello is the greatest pediatrician I have encountered. She has a great personality and seems to ACTUALLY care about the kids.

My 2 children have been going to this office their entire lives (10 & 8 years), we absolutely love the doctors and staff! Dr. Fasanello is absolutely amazing, we just love her. Always takes her time with the kids to go over safety and stranger danger as well as answer any questions. My children feel completely comfortable, I would 100% recommend this office!

Very professional and my son loves his dr. I feel very safe for my child there.
