I went in simply looking for a pair of classic flips, and the service I received from Ami and Maria was UNBELIEVABLY GREAT ! I ended up buying $200 worth of Crocs products ! Maria went and checked the entire back room for some hard to find flips. She came back with exactly what I was looking for. She had some great advice on sale prices, and she was able to explain the subtle differences between similar products . These women made me feel so special that I want to return and purchase more Crocs from this store !
Just left the Crocs store in Gurnee, IL. With all the regulations with covid i can only imagine how stress these employees are. Gurnee store has an employee named Day and she was amazing controlling the crowd outside of the store, willing to run into the store to avoid them from going inside to make it faster, completely calm and so polite. Going the extra mile for your customers was well shown today and thank you Day!
