Shameful that employees don’t want to help you. I tried exchanging shoes that arrived to my home today after an online purchase that came defective and get the sale price that was currently going on, they said they could not do it. Mind you I understand that the store was closing in 10 minutes, but it was the simple fact that they didn’t want to. It was such a waste of my time to try and go there. Oh and to top it off both employees there were “assistant managers” and neither could do “anything.”
Decent store. Friendly employees. Pretty organized on a Sunday afternoon.
