Thought service would be quick after getting seated right away at the bar. Drinks came quick with menus and then everything went South..Had to ask 3 or 4 times to place our food order, bar tenders kept passing by without ask if we wanted drinks, never checked on us after meal came and getting our check so we could leave was a hassle also. Needless to say with the bad service their was No tip left. Food was good but the service Sucked.
I've been here in the past numerous times, but today, there was a relatively long wait for pick up. There were patrons that came in after I did, that left before i did my order consistented of 1 chicken sandwich, and 1 cheeseburger. Was quoted a time of 20-25 minutes from the time of the call. I waited for about an hour and a half. Usually great service time.
Always great food! Staff is pleasant and attentive. Cleaning/sanitizing routine appear to be up to par during pandemic.
Very disappointing with the current state of the city and state-limiting anything and everything we do. One of the best places to eat in Taunton...period. I have only had their food to-go but every time I have, it has been exceptional. This is one of those places that you know takes pride in the food they put out. The selection is excellent and should have something for everyone.
