Food was decent, service wasn't great.
Steak was over cooked, baked potatoe was not cooked enough it was hard..
Sorry but today the food was not as expected. My macaroni salad had feta cheese. Yuck. Did not ask for it. I got chicken tender meal. Not a lot of dipping sauce. So not do good of a meal.
Bourbon chicken breast was juicy and perfectly cooked. Ribs were fall off the bone, soups tasted fresh and the mozzarella sticks were gooey and tasty.
RT used to be a great chain.. but over the years the quality has fallen dramatically from the few times I've visited...As a former Kitchen mgr from the chain that back in the day my restaurant had the Five star secret ratings continually... The ribs used to be the best... again trying another place I was disappointed once again in experiencing dry flavorless ribs with barely any sauce and no extra requested sauce... the loaded baked potato was a joke... Now I understand why this once successful chain is failing and closing up many of its operations... Dispite all the Covid and the Establishment not busy... No excuses needed why this will be the last visit to this dinosaur chain that can't keep up with the times or quality... c'est la vie...
