Very friendly staff. Well organized, clean store. Good prices as well!
They had a great selection however one of the “associates” named alec seemed to be a bit bothered by his job there. Not only was he very unhelpful with our purchase and how to use points on the app but he also followed my wife and I like we were gonna steal something and was quite rude when it came to checking out. Customers prior were helped with a smile and professionalism but when we checked out we were treated like a burden. Btw I don’t think “Gabby” the District Manager would like to know that the badge he wears is hers. The only reason we knew his name was because another associate needed his help. Very unprofessional. Definitely will not recommend. Another day as a POC
The lady who helped us was very considerate and eager to help, especially someone as picky and difficult as I was. Eventually did end io getting a pair of shoes. Though only reason I don't give a five is I didn't feel like they had enough selection. Or at least in regards to what I was looking for.
Alex was so helpful! He helped me order shoes online & made sure I got credit for all of the sales! He went above & beyond to help. Love going to places & spending money where customer service is the top priority ud83dude01
