This was my first visit to this location. I love being able to take our dog inside for a fun shopping experience. They have a nice grooming area where they were offering unlimited nail clipping and other services for $18/mo. They have a good selection of toys, snacks, and other treats. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there was dog pee and poop on the floor the whole time we were there. At competitor pet stores, they have a green, turf area outside the store for dogs to go before going inside the store. This would be a smart idea for this location to implement.
Groomers did an amazing job with my dog. We've visited 3 times now, and Jay remembers my dog and cleaned up up beautifully. He helped guide me on which services were needed and provided accurate timelines. Checkout staff was very friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Very happy with the experience and -- while I wish my pup could keep clean so we didn't HAVE to visit -- I will be happy to bring him back where I know he's treated well.
Jay was good when I brought my 3 month old puppy 3 weeks ago to do her nails. The big white stud lady doesn't have patience or was stressed out at work and wouldn't do the nails on my 4 month old puppy. Said body language was off and bit her. I would of bit her too if I was my dog. At least sweet talk her 1st and gain her confidence instead of trying to force pull her. Never going back. Went to petsmart right after and they did her nails with no problem.
Petco stocks all the foods my cat needs. However, you don't stock all the flavors of treats my cat likes which forces me to go to your competitor for these items. Also, your litter is $2 higher than your competitor for the same brand/amount. Otherwise, I love Petco.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The store was very clean and well organized. Definitely will be shopping here again.
