I made a online purchase that was smaller then expected, I went to kids footlocker brickyard and the ladies there are awesome! Very friendly and helpful, one staff took the time to do something from the heart and let's me know she loves what she does. Not knowing who would end up with the order a staff took the time to write a note with a smily face to enjoy the product and shipped it...out of thousands of people who would have ended up with the order it ended up on my hands and when I went to exchange my sons sweater the team member noticed it was her hand writing on the receipt and we were stunned! Out of all places it could have been shipped. We laughed about it but also realized you always treat every customer same courtesy as you want for yourself cause you never know..Kids foot locker is lucky to have such a great employee like Guadalupe ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4d
Everything was okay until the girl was more worried about it being 6:30 P.M.
They have a very good selections of apparel good customer service workers greet you tight when you enter the door. And if they don't have what your looking for they can contact the nearest Footlocker or Champs Sporting Goods if in stock.
