Was told over the phone they had items I was looking for just to find out walking into the store they didn’t have it
Haven't seen an employee to help. But, everything is well organized and there are warning notes for COVID safety.
Like any other SC, they have a wide variety of styles and sizes but occasionally are out of wide widths (or large foot sizes), so calling ahead might not be a bad idea. Biggest drawback in weekend shopping is lack of CTA service - The Narragansett doesn't run on weekends, so Diversey is your only way out unless you want to walk over to Austin instead.
It's a respectable establishment, I went in and out relatively quick enough. From my short encounter with the employees, they seemed friendly enough.
Great Deals to be had here. Lots of selection. Bring your friends and family.
