They have very rude managers! As I was walking in the greater “manager” said hello to me. I said hello back, I guess she did not hear and decided to yell at me HELLO in a very rude manner. This is very unprofessional, I can’t believe they have people like this working there.
I love the store some items have proven to be a bit disappointing 1st some gym shoes bought by my boy unglued in 3 weeks with in a month and a half mine started to peel. 2nd purchase some underwears for adult marked on the bag when i opened them it was kids underwears in the wrong packageing. 3rd purchased a friend a gift was warned and it dethreded. 4th purchased a Loony Tunes coat not even 2 months into owning it the letters are peeling off. I have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLORS IN THIS STORE. And can't even get a respectable location to contact there home office and complain. Just eant to make it clear. THE STAFF IS THE BEST. If you have a business have a complaint line its great for customer service you should try it!!! Veey ud83dude21 customer
