Idk what to rate this place because 75% of the shoes are for women. That's like, pretty good, or like, not at all
Two employees in the store. I was the only customer. They gave me my space. Didn't offer assistance. I bought sneakers.
Sale not that great. Wouldn't let my little boy use use their bathroom even though I was spending 50 bucks there.nHad an e-mail coupon I had received but couldn't pull out up. Most places would give it to you anyway but they wouldn't. The 2 clerks just stood they're talking to 2 police officers until we were ready to check lout. Never asked if we needed anything until we were checking out. Then they try to up sell you with socks etc. But no bathroom for my little boy doing the potty dance.
When I entered the store at 6:45 pm Friday night in Mansfield Crossing no one was at the register. I walked up and down the isles for about 10 minutes or so. I then heard some employees come out of the back room. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. I continued to look throughout the store. On my way out there was an employee at the register. She did not acknowledge me at all. She was on her phone scrolling through whatever social media app she was on. I’m sitting in my car right now watching her as she continues to look at her phone.A customer walked in to the store and she did not acknowledge them. Very sad.
Waited at register for 10 minutes to be rung out with no employee in site. I figured they couldn't be too far, having left a glittery pink iPhone on the counter. I finally walked out, leaving the two pairs of shoes on the counter. It was kind of a bummer, I really liked those Nike trainers.
