Great quality and well priced clothes! Men's section is much better than the women's though.
hi,ni was shopping at north brook court mall location.nThe gentleman was helping us his name is Talip but middle of sale store manager called him five times for helping to her in register.nit was not acceptable.nTalip helped us perfectly.
Customer service is nice. Someone always greets you. Always help choosing clothes, even if its not in store they order online with free shipping. Know their product.
I keep trying to give J. Crew another chance. They keep disappointing with their clothes. I haven't found any good clothing items here in a long time.
