Hollister Co.

I ordered online on June 21st so that I could pick it up in-store. I got a couple of emails saying that my items were on the way, and then nothing else. I finally called the store on August 8th and they told me my items were there but that no one had checked them in, so I had not received an email. I asked the associate if I could pick them up sometime in the next week, and he said they were “supposed to have sent the items back already,” so I should come pick them up ASAP. Usually, I would have ten days after they arrived to pick them up. I was very agitated and I felt that the customer service was awful. I came to the store the day after to pick up my items, and it took them about five minutes to find my order. (I would like to note that the employee who was helping me was not wearing her mask properly.) Then, she had trouble scanning the order so that I could take it home. I had already paid for the order. She asked another employee, who didn’t know how to fix it. She called her manager, who didn’t know how to fix it. Her manager then called someone because apparently one of the invoices was missing. (I later found the second invoice inside one of the packages at the bottom.) After at least 20 minutes of me standing there, she handed me my things and said, “here’s your order.” I’m not very happy with this experience. I don’t expect a mainstream business like Hollister to provide me with the same respect and care that a small business would, but I expected them to at least be kinder and (maybe) give me a discount. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again.

Good and neat place

Affordable clothes, but the lady's clothes appear to be made far more cheaply than the guy's clothes. They are a lot thinner and not nearly as durable. The staff at this store is friendly and helpful.
